Love to know where I get my fashion, lifestyle, beauty and business favourites?

Take a look below to see if anything grabs your fancy!

Hi, I’m Beth

I do a lot of running…

Running a business, running a home, running for health & an endorphin hit. Just like you, I’m doing a daily juggle & trying to hold it all together.

Here is a place where you can find all of my favourites things from beauty & lifestyle, to style, books and business resources. These are all products, brands and reads which I have tried and tested over the years and which I wanted to share with you too.

Peruse my favourites below!

Quick disclosure: Some of these links might be affiliate links which means when you click the link to purchase something on this page, it won’t cost you more but I might recieve a commission for sharing this with you. Which is great, because I was going to share it with you anyway!

Beauty & Lifestyle

We all know that beauty is more than just skin deep. But a little touch of something to make us radiate, glow, shimmer or shine, whether that’s from the inside out, or the outside in, is always welcome in my bathroom cupboard.

  • 01 Skincare

Whenever I wear β€œGlow Oil” by Feel Fabulous, people comment on how healthy and glowing my skin looks. It’s made from all natural ingredients, smells gorgeous and it doesn’t break the bank. I’ve bought it time and again. It really is fabulous.

  • 02 Haircare

My daughter introduced me to Function Of Beauty haircare and I love it. It can be tailor made to your personal requirements and because it’s vegan friendly, animal cruelty free and free from parabens and sodium laureth sulphate, you know you’re in good hands.

  • 03 Deodorant

Another product introduced to me by my daughter! Wild deodorant is an eco friendly, refillable deodorant. It is available in different scents, keeps sweat at bay and comes in cases which can be personalised.

  • 04 Electrolyte Drinks

If you’re really active, it’s important to replace the salt, potassium and magnesium you lose through sweat. I absolutely love the LMNT electrolyte drinks. My favourite is the citrus salt but the watermelon salt and raspberry salt are incredible too. Try them in sparkling water for a real shot of fizz but without the alcohol.

  • 05 Supplements

I take Zooki collagen every day. Its all natural ingredients help to strenghten my bones and cartilege and if it helps to plump my face a litte too, even better! Whilst some collagen tastes really bad, I don’t mind the taste of Zooki collagen. I just down it in one gulp before bedtime!

  • 06 Make Up

I have a few favourite make-up products. For blusher I love the Bobbi Brown blusher pots. For mascara, I swear by Charlotte Tilbury. For a shimmery eye, I love Charlotte Tilbury or Bobbi Brown and as for a lippy, Sandwash pink by Bobby Brown adds a touch of colour whilst still looking natural.

Style & Fashion

Style is expressing who you are without needing to speak. Style should be fun. Style means not compromising on comfort. Style is doing your own thing, your way, irrespective of what anyone else is doing.

  • 05 Chambers & Beau Jewellery

Amy creates brilliant designs and I love that they can be personalised. It’s like keeping a message close to my heart all day long.

  • 06 Meg & Bee Bags

When I first saw Meg & Bee bags, a smile spread across my face. Their designs are just so fun and uplifting. Made from the softest leather, their bags come in bright colours with rainbow, striped, star & leopard print straps. They are a lovely team of entrepreneurial women who love their customers. And it shows.
